![]() Highlight the hard disk in the list and press Y.This will clear the entire cache for your 360, including the automatic updates (though downloaded content, save files, and user dats will be untouched). If this doesn't fix it, the next thing you could try is to clear the system cache. Put Fallout 3 in your 360, then load the game.Hold down the A button on the Player 1 controller.start up your 360, then take out the Fallout 3 game disc.A lot of people have reported that clearing the game cache on your 360 will fix it, so that's what I would suggest you try first. Thats a fix for pretty much everything that can go wrong I hope this was helpful.įallout 3 freezing is an unfortunately common problem. )The forth fix (is true for most every bethesda game) is limiting your saves (for me i only have 2 at any given time and never anymore) seems like each game (skyrim, oblivion, fallout 3, fallout new vegas) craps out at a specific amount of memory used for game saves fallout 3 i remember being so bad that i couldn't hit level 30 with 2 games saves without constant crashes (i had all the add ons and that seemed to make it a bit worse). Sometimes this corrupted data can be linked to a specific game save (deleting a game save is a worse case scenario). Sometimes changing options in the options menu created corrupted data that would show up somewhere in your fallout game saves folder (labelled corrupted data). The third fix is the corrupted data deletion. The second fix I recommend is deleting the patches and letting them download again. The first fix i reccomend is going to your system settings and then to your memory and then clearing its cache (will not affect your saved games). I had many problems with my fallout 3 (I am a bethesda fanboy so I stuck to the game despite all the problems). Try it without the mods (If there are unknown variables these fixes might not work). ![]()
