Obviously, here, also search for your VPN IP Address and see what comes up. Ask your end users to log any timestamp they get DCd and report it to you so that you can search that time period for related events. It is not usually as verbose as packet capture, but it lets you search through recent log entries. ![]() If the disconnect cannot be reproduced and happens only a couple of times a day, then you may have better luck using the Log Monitor.
